When can I expect my order?
Orders placed before 5:00 pm (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)
 are processed within 1–3 working days. Shipping to addresses within the UK typically takes 4–8 working days.
Note: Occasionally, there may be delays, especially during peak periods with our shipping partners.
The estimated delivery time has passed – where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders arrive within the estimated delivery window. If your order still hasn’t arrived 7 days after the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service through our contact form or via email.
You can always check the status of your order using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email or by visiting the Order Tracking page on our website.
How much are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping within the United Kingdom on all orders.
I’m not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information on the return process and conditions.
I want to return an item – what should I do?
Please read our Return & Refund Policy page for detailed instructions on how to return an item. Make sure to include your order number with your return, and attach clear photos if you are returning a product due to damage or because you received the wrong item.
Where can I find my tracking code?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order number will be listed at the top of that email (for example, #lephilippe7489). Once your package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a separate email containing your Track & Trace link to follow the delivery of your order.
The tracking code shows no information – what can I do?
It may take a few hours (or up to one business day) for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please double-check that you entered the correct order number or tracking code. If the tracking status does not update after 24 hours, feel free to contact our customer service for assistance.
