14-Day Return Policy • 7-Day Refund Processing • No Restocking Fees

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product is in its original condition – unworn, unused, and with all original tags, labels, or stickers attached.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, and the packaging is undamaged.
  • You include a completed return form with your return shipment (this form can be downloaded from our website).
  • You clearly note your order number on the return form or inside the package.
  • If you received a product that is damaged or not the correct item, please include clear photo or video evidence of the issue when you contact us, or include printed images with the returned package.

If your return is due to a damaged or incorrect item and the claim is approved, we will cover all costs to send you a replacement product as quickly as possible.

  • The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. We do not provide return shipping labels or free return postage.
  • All return shipping costs, including any customs fees or import duties required to send the item back to us in China, are the responsibility of the customer. These costs will not be reimbursed by us.
  • We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking (Track & Trace) and insurance for your return. If a return shipment is sent without tracking and gets lost in transit, we will not be able to process a refund for that return.

Received the Wrong Item or Size?

If you received an incorrect item or the wrong size, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to report the issue. We will provide you with the correct return address (if it differs from the general return address above) and any further instructions. In cases where we shipped the wrong item or size, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs for sending the item back to us.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received at our returns center and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (for example, back to your credit card or PayPal account).
  • Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a further 3–5 business days after we issue the refund for it to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Sealed items that were opened after delivery, as these are no longer in their original saleable condition.
  • Custom-made or personalized items (any product made to your specifications or personalized in any way).
  • Products of a personal nature that by their nature cannot be returned (for example, perishable goods or one-time-use items).
  • Hygiene-related products that were sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed or used after delivery (e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings, or skincare/cosmetic products).

If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact our customer service for clarification.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it by sending us an email at info@le-philippe.co.uk. Please include your order number and a clear request to cancel. If more than 24 hours have passed since you placed the order, we may have already processed and dispatched it, and thus a cancellation might not be possible. (In such cases, you could still return the item after it arrives, by following our return process above.)

Unclaimed Packages / Incorrect Address / Refused Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to us because it was not collected by you in time, because the address provided was incorrect, or because you refused the package upon delivery, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In these cases, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling costs incurred. A flat £15 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover these costs. The remaining balance of your original payment will be refunded to you within 7 working days after we receive the returned package.

Defective Products

If you received a product that is defective or not functioning as it should, you are entitled to a remedy under consumer law – this may include a replacement, repair, or a refund (full or partial, depending on the situation). In such a case:

  • Contact our customer service first at info@le-philippe.co.uk. Provide your order number and details of the defect (including photos or videos of the issue, if possible).
  • Do not send back a defective product before contacting us. We will confirm the appropriate return address for faulty products and provide you with return instructions. (This address may differ from our standard returns address, and we want to ensure the fastest and most effective resolution for you.)
  • Once we confirm that the product is defective and qualifies for a return or exchange, we will arrange for an appropriate solution. This might involve sending you a replacement at no extra cost, offering a repair if suitable, or providing a refund or price reduction. In cases of a confirmed defect, we will cover any return shipping costs (we will let you know how to ship the item back at our expense).
  • Always send back defective products using a trackable shipping method after we authorize the return. This ensures we can track the return and process your replacement or refund promptly.

Your statutory rights with respect to defective goods (including the right to claim for a fault that was present at the time of delivery) are not affected by this policy.
